All orders will be delivered using DPD Next Day Delivery service inside Mainland UK only.
*We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days.
*Please make sure you enter the shipping address correctly. If DHL/DPD fails to deliver the parcel after 3 attempts and hears nothing from you or the parcel gets refused , the parcel will be returned to us after 1 week. In that case, we will charge you £15 (as DHL/DPD charges us for the postage and returning cost) and refund the rest back to you. Sorry about the inconvenience.
